Purchases and Returns:

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Should you encounter any concerns with your purchase within 24 hours of receipt, kindly notify us promptly so we may assist you with swift resolution. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we prioritize ensuring their quality and your enjoyment. While refunds may be granted at our discretion in certain situations, our primary focus remains addressing your concerns through replacement or alternative solutions.

Plant Care:

To promote the optimal health of your plant, we provide personalized care advice upon purchase. Additionally, detailed instructions can be found on each product page under the "Product Care" section.

Workshop Bookings:

​

Please note that all workshop bookings necessitate a deposit to secure your place. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event. Bookings made within two weeks of the event require full payment at the time of confirmation. Deposits for workshops and events become non-refundable one month before the scheduled date. However, should you have paid the remaining balance, you are eligible for a partial refund up to two weeks prior to the event.
